Die wärmegedämmte Wohnung ist komplett saniert und renoviert: neues Bad inkl. Fliesen, EBK-, Vollholz-Parkettböden in allen (Wohn-)Räumen. ZENTRALE und gefragte Wohnlage (DORNBUSCH) mit BESTER VERKEHRSANBINDUNG: 4 Linien des RMV: U1,2,3 +8 der Station "Hügelstr", die nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt zu erreichen ist.
